Robert P. Ulloa

Robert P. Ulloa graced the world on July 11, 1929. Born and raised in Arizona, he served 20 years in the US Air Force, and career for the City of Scottsdale. He is survived by wife Nellie, sons Gregory Torres and his wife Blanche, Peter Torres and his wife Debbie, Robert Torres, Kevin Ulloa and daughters Judy Reynolds, Glenda McBride, and Linda Torres and 19 grandchildren. His passing was preceded by Concepcion and Jesus. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 am, Thursday, October 4th at Ss. Simon and Jude Cathedral, 6351 N. 27th Avenue, Phoenix. Interment will take place at 2:00 pm at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road, with a reception to follow at 3:00pm at Ss. Simon and Jude.
