Robert A. Verdugo

Robert A. Verdugo was born November 27, 1938 and passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 22, 2021. He is survived by his wife Mary and children: Christine Verdugo, Cathy (Bruce) Varner, Robert Verdugo, and Stephen (Melanie) Verdugo. Tata will be greatly missed by his loving grandchildren: Ashley (Patrick) King, Bianca (Elliot) Martich, Robert (Audrey) Benge, Brittney Verdugo, Stefan Verdugo, Nicholas Verdugo, Gabriel Santistevan, Ty Verdugo, Belen Santistevan, and Bella Verdugo. Tata was adored by his great grandchildren: Dabney and Evalyn Benge and Nora King. Robert is also survived by his siblings: Arnold Verdugo, Linda (Carlos) Ramirez, Jaime Verdugo and Rudy (Mary) Verdugo. He is preceded in death by his brother Larry Verdugo. Donations can be made to St. Agnes School, 2311 E. Palm Lane, Phoenix, where his grandchildren and great grandchildren attend/ed and where Tata worked a few years after he retired as a sheet metal worker in local #359. Services held privately.
