Lucile Walrath

Lucile Walrath went to be with her Heavenly Father on June 11, 2012. Lucile was born in Greeley, Colorado on February 23, 1920 to Emma and Everett Pray and moved to Arizona with her parents in 1941. She worked in insurance for 40 years and was highly regarded by her employers and various insurance company personnel. She was also active in the Insurance Women’s Club and was President one year. Lucile is survived by her son Daniel, grandson Carl Bledsoe and her nieces Judy White and Laura Bailey. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 48 years Howard Walrath and sister Anita Harrelson. Visitation will be held from 5-7pm, Friday, June 15th at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Road. A Graveside Service will be held at 11am, Saturday, June 16th at Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery, 2300 W. Van Buren Phoenix. The family has requested that in place of flowers a donation be made to Mt. View Baptist Church, 4233 N. 40th Street, Phx., AZ 85018.
